Hi, I am Ashley Watson and I am a psychotherapist, transformational coach, kundalini yoga teacher and (formerly inconsistent) meditator.
Even though I would recommend meditation all the time, I used to make up all of these excuses not to meditate myself.
I would often get distracted and even though I knew how much better I felt when I meditated consistently, I found it SO HARD to just actually do it!
When I discovered Kundalini meditation, I fell in love with the mantras (words), mudras (hand movements/gestures) and breath work and always felt energetically better after every session. And then effortlessly, my life started to flow.

FAQs
Q: Why is the program 40 days and why 11 minutes?
A: In Kundalini Yoga, it is believed that 40-day meditations will break any negative habits that block you from expansion. Kundalini Yogi’s believe that meditating for 11minutes stimulates the pituitary gland and the nerves start to learn and change.
Q: Can’t I just do this on my own?
A: Of course you can! But the benefit of being a part of a group who is doing the same meditation helps to maintain consistency and accountability, and amplifies the shift for all. You can meet new like-minded people too. Plus, with me, you’ll get coaching support and encouragement along the way.
Q: Do I have to do every meditation live?
A: Absolutely not! There are many benefits to doing the meditation in the morning before you do anything else, but as a former ‘inconsistent and bad’ meditator, just getting it done during the 24 hour day is perfect! The live meditations for you will be done at different times to accommodate different time zones and schedules and will be on a Zoom video meeting format so we can all see each other and meditate together.
Q: Do I have to attend the group coaching sessions live?
A: It would be awesome if you could but don’t worry; they will all be recorded and emailed to you within 24 hours of the session.
